Our leading multinational manufacturer of animal healthcare partner islooking for anAutomation Project Engineer due to the growth of the company. The position issupporting implementation of projects from automation stand point.

Responsibilities:
  • Be able to provide technical support on site in implementation of automation projects
  • Coordination and follow-up of the activities in his/her project from the Design to the ProcessQualification phase
  • Supporting the projects in the contractor selection phase to create URS forautomation and electrical design requirements
  • In close cooperation with the maintenance team contribute towards automation improvement strategies in guidelines, procedures, practices, standards and cross-functional business processes at site level
  • Managing or participating in project design phases (Feasibility-, Conceptual-, Basic- and Detailed design)
  • Providing technical troubleshooting for the production and participating from FAT to end of the Process Qualification close out
  • Supporting site audits and inspections, and implementing corrections as needed of investment projects – regarding building and process automation
  • In close cooperation with EHS, ensuring that all EHS standards and rules are applied during the project including the design and execution phase
  • Ensuring that all related technical documentation is approved and represents the actual status (machine book, SOPs, maintenance plan, etc.)
Requirements:
  • University or equivalent Technical engineering degree, Electrical Engineeringpreferred
  • 2-3 year experience in investments projects and project management in the process automation area
  • Working experience supporting multiple controller platforms, interfaces as well as historian
  • SQL/database management experience
  • Experience in FAT, installation and SAT of Robotised equipment
  • Working experience in clean room environment
  • Language requirements: Hungarian and English are must.
  • Soft skill: proactively act on issues, being a good team member, being result oriented
Advantages:
  • Experience and knowledge in custom made machine delivery projects
  • Process automation knowledge of robotics, bulk process, pharmaceutical filling,packaging, and lyophilisation
  • Knowledge of automation technologies such as vision and measurement systems and PLC, Motion, and Robots
  • Knowledge of V-model qualification (GAMP5 validation)
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or medical device production
