On behalf of our pharmaceutical manufacturing partner, a multinational company with global presence, we are in search of their new Compensation & Benefits Business Partner.This is a new role within the local HR organization which will be responsible for creating a new C&B strategy in Hungary and driving the implementation of a new HRIS system.

Responsibilities:
  • Translating business strategy to Compensation & Benefits strategy and leading its implementation
  • Optimizing salary grades and structure based on constant market monitoring and benchmarking
  • Being the local representative and driver of the Compensation & Benefits function
  • Cooperating with global C&B team on a daily basis
  • Driving HRIS implementation and development
Requirements:
  • University or College degree in Economics or Human Resources
  • Min. 3 years relevant work experience in a compensation&benefits related role
  • Manufacturing company experience is a big plus
  • Knowledge in job systematization systems, market data analysis
  • Agile to work in a matrix organization
  • Adaptive to implement new structures and systems
  • Experience in HRIS systems
  • Knowledge in Cornerstone and Nexon is a plus
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
