On behalf of our pharmaceutical manufacturer client, we are in search of an EHS manager to lead the restructuring of whole function of Health, Safety and Environment. Our partner is specialized in complex chemistry to produce top quality API therefore experience in working in pharmaceutical / chemical / petrochemical industry is crucial. This role can be an ideal opportunity for a senior EHS specialist to step-up in their career and taking on full scale responsibility for EHS activities for a mid-size chemical manufacturing site.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing and monitoring of all EHS related implementations
  • Minimizing wastewater permitting, underground water pollution, air emissions, air conditioners and cooling systems
  • Managing Fire Safety and Industrial Hygiene programs
  • Managing EHS inspections and audits
  • Risk Assessments andSafety Analysis

Requirements of the Role:
  • Chemical Engineering or Chemistdegree
  • Prior relevant experience in dealing with hazardous chemical substances from environment, health and safety perspective
  • Strategic thinking with a strong business mindset
