On behalf of our pharmaceutical software developer partner, a user-centric company with innovative solutions,we are in search of their new Head of Product Design.As a Head of UX team, you will be responsible for concepts and strategies for user guidance and interaction of cloud-based solutions across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching; conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for products.
  • Takinga leading role in conceptualizing, visualizing and defining user needs.
  • Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Identifying design problems and devisingelegant solutions.
  • Makingstrategic design choices and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features of the product.
  • Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iteratingyour designs.
  • Working closely with the product owners, product managers and the respective design teams.
  • Actively developing the team of UX designers
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of practical experience in leading roles in UX design
  • 10+years of working experience in the product industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, technology, or medicine;Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional certification from a reputed design institute is desired.
  • Having conceptual skills, the courage to make creative decisions and the ability to advocate them
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, imagination and affinity for user experience design
  • Expertise in one or more standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
    Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
