Carbyne has been retained to search & select a Manufacturing Director for one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical production sites in Hungary.

In this position, you will lead a substantial part of the site’s Manufacturing operation and ensurestrong alignment with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and other support functions.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, direct and support the manufacturing organization
  • Ensure management system is in place that provides clear visibility to both operating and financial performance of the manufacturing organization
  • Manage headcount and participate in budgeting, forecasting processes
  • Oversee and manage the manufacturing budget
  • Participate in the short range and long range planning
  • Drive and oversee value stream projects and tech transfers
  • Drive and support the implementation of Operational Excellence Tools
  • Lead, develop and motivate members of the manufacturing organization
Requirements:
  • University degree in Life Sciences
  • At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (cGMP) environment
  • Proven track record in progressive technical/operational leadership functions
  • Transparent and empowering leadership style
  • Pro-active attitude
