Our innovative pharmaceutical partner is in search of a National Sales Manager to join their Hungarian affiliate. Due to the strategic re-organization of their affiliates and as a part of their porfolio growth we are seeking an experienced people manager professional from the pharmaceutical industry who will head up their KAM team.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting the strategy of the upcoming product launches
  • Drive the change management within the organization
  • Selecting, managing and coaching KAMs nationwide (when needed, currently the team is ready)
  • Planning and executing the pre-launch and launch activities with the sales team
  • Continuously collaborating with the local and regional marketing and medical teams in order to assure a successful product launch
  • KOL management
  • Setting and allocating targets for the sales team
  • Developingand driving field sales strategy in order to achieve consistent growth
  • Ensure accurate reporting of field sales activities
  • Ensure that all promotional activities are compliant with thehighest ethical standards
  • Collaborating on international level mainly within the cluster with middle- and TOP management on daily basis

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably: MD or PharmD or any Life Sciences discipline
  • Experience at innovative pharmaceutical company is a must
  • Proven track record in field sales management (min. 3 years of people management background)
  • Demonstrated record of success in theability to lead and inspire people
  • Fluency in English
