Our partner, a global leader in medical and safety technology, is seeking a Project Sales Engineer (KAM), who will drive the generation, contracting, and management of medical infrastructure projects in hospitals and clinics. Acting as a key ambassador, this role combines technical expertise with strong business development skills to deliver safe and efficient healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new medical infrastructure project opportunities (WPI).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and investors in the hospital construction and renovation sector.
- Prepare and manage tender documentation, technical proposals, and commercial offers in line with customer requirements and company standards.
- Support and lead contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Oversee project execution — ensuring budget, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with technical specialists to design optimal solutions that meet customer and regulatory needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client development to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to sales strategies and ensure achievement of assigned sales and margin targets.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar).
- 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare infrastructure, hospital engineering, or technical B2B project sales.
- Knowledge of medical gas systems, ICU/OR setups, and healthcare facility design.
- Experience with tendering, budgeting, and project coordination.
- Proficient in 3D design tools, ERP systems (Navision/Business Central), and MS Office.
- Fluent English, driving license (B), and willingness to travel.
- Proactive and self-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Integrity, adaptability, and persistence in complex sales cycles.
