Carbyne has been retained to search & select a Quality Control Lead for one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical production sites in Hungary.

In this position, you will manage the company's quality control area in accordance with current legislation and ensure strong alignment withexternal partners.


Responsibilities:
  • Professional management of the company's quality control area in accordance with current legislation, GMP and other directives, guidelines
  • Provide the necessary resources for timely completion of qualification tests required for release processes
  • Increase the efficiency of the quality control operational processes
  • Investigate OOS, deviations
  • Demonstrate the area during regulatory audits and other audits and inspections
  • Provide user-side support and coordination of projects related to the quality control area
  • Coordinate quality control tasks related to technology transfers and other projects
  • Financial and resource planning and management of the area
  • Liaising with external partners
  • Continuous staff development

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree and/or Advanced Graduate degree (MS/PhD)
  • Preferred area of study: Microbiology, Biochemistry or equivalent Science Field
  • Extensive experience in a GMP/Professional environment
  • Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Prior direct supervisory/manager experience, leading large organization structures.
  • Excellent communications skills in English both written and verbal format.
  • Relate to others in a team setting. Able to coach and manage staff
  • Makes quality decisions independently
  • Mentoring and leading direct reports.
