Our market leader medical device client - providing solutions for manufacturing of therapeutic and diagnostic biologicals - is in search of a Key Account Manager to enhance and develop their growing Life Sciences market in the region.

The position's responsibilities include:
  • Identifies business opportunities and develops market presence in multiple countries such as part of Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Maintains existing client relationships and grows business with new key accounts
  • Cooperates cross functionally with client and engages relevant stakeholders
  • Cooperates with Application Group and other internal stakeholders
  • Approaches client relationships and sales opportunities with a proactive, hunting mentality
Requirements:
  • Degree is Life Sciences (eg: Biology, Biotechnology, etc.) or Chemist/Chemical engineering degree
  • Proven Sales experience in the Life Sciences segment among customers such as Biopharma Manufacturers, Pharma R&D sites, Process development teams
  • Ability to open new doors and pro-actively grow the business in the region
  • Strong, proactive business mindset with excellent client facing skills
  • Flexibility to travel - approx. 50% of the time in the post-covid era (now home-based or office-based: as the KAM requires)
  • Fluency in English and any other European language knowledge is a plus
  • You can be based anywhere among the countries (AT/HU/CZ/SK)
