On behalf of our innovative pharma client we are seeking a Senior Medical Manager to support the pre-launch and launch activities for several new indications in oncology and hematology therapeutic areas. The position is cooperating with key external and internal stakeholders intensively therefore a strong business partnering mindset is crucial. The role is based in Bucharest and reports to regional Medical Director.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide scientific expertise to support internal and external stakeholders
  • Supports pre-launch and launch activities by KOL identification and management,disease awareness, current and future therapeutic approaches, new medical guidelines, advocacy groups
  • Conducts advisory boards to raise scientific understanding of companys products and receiving feedbacks
  • Cooperates cross-functionally within the organization to provide strategic medical expertise (Marketing, Market Access, Sales)
Requirements of the Role:
  • Medical/Pharmacist degree
  • Prior relevant experience in the pharma industry in medical affairs role
  • Experience working in oncology/hematology is an advantage
  • Fluent English & Romanianlanguage knowledge
