As the organization grows, they are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to support their teams across Hungary and Croatia. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and teams in Hungary and Croatia.
 - Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
 - Drive employee engagement, career development, and performance management initiatives
 - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
 - Foster a collaborative and purpose-driven work environment
 
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within a multinational environment
 - Proven track record as an HRBP or in a similar HR role
 - Strong knowledge of Hungarian labor law (Croatian labor law knowledge is an advantage)
 - Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
 - Willingness to travel within the region
 - Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high emotional intelligence
