Responsibilities:

Leading a team of medical representatives, with professional and direct managerial responsibility for the work of the assigned representatives.

Responsibility for achieving and monitoring team goals.

Regular dual visits, trainings, and consultations with the medical representatives.
-
Preparing visitor coaching plans (based on the analysis of territory data) – on a quarterly basis.
-
Preparing visitor plans (sales and bonus) – on a quarterly basis.
-
Continuous monitoring of the medical representatives' work based on pre-defined goals and plans.
-
Developing and summarizing Territory Action Plans and summarizing results.
-
Cooperation with the representative in organizing and executing events/meetings within their territory.
-
Responsible for training and monitoring the approval process of roundtable events and group presentations based on the currently effective internal processes.
Requirements:
-
Degree in healthcare; Medical Doctor or Pharmacist preferred.
-
Communicative English language skills (certain parts of the interview process will be conducted in English).
-
Min. 4-5 years of experience as a medical representative.
-
Min. 2 years of successful leadership experience.
-
Proficiency in GP, diabetology, cardiology, and nephrology fields is a significant advantage.
-
Local knowledge of the Western and Central Hungarian regions is an advantage.
