We are searching for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our global client’s Hungarian Hub and support them driving the execution of strategically important development initiatives, turning innovative concepts into advanced solutions for the global food market. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end development projects covering hardware, software, digital integration, prototyping, certification and production readiness
• Convert customer insights and market needs into clear product requirements and intuitive user solutions
• Define project scope and structure, ensuring effective planning of timelines, budgets, risks and resources
• Enable agile, transparent collaboration across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Service and international stakeholders
• Oversee the transition from development to manufacturing, supporting a strong and successful market introduction

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing complex product or instrument development projects involving hardware, software, production and certification processes
• ​​​​​​​A technical or scientific education such as an MSc in Engineering or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience working across multidisciplinary teams, closely partnering with R&D, manufacturing, and quality functions
• Strong business understanding with the ability to balance technical depth and commercial priorities
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, allowing you to align stakeholders at all organizational levels
• A collaborative leadership style that builds trust, encourages teamwork and sustains progress in fast-moving environments
