Carbyne has been entrusted to search & select a Senior Production Manager for one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical production sites in Hungary.
In this position, you will lead a substantial part of the site’s Manufacturing operation and ensure strong alignment with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and other support functions.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee, direct and support the manufacturing organization
- Ensure management system is in place that provides clear visibility to both operating and financial performance of the manufacturing organization
- Manage headcount and participate in budgeting, forecasting processes
- Oversee and manage the manufacturing budget
- Participate in the short range and long range planning
- Drive and oversee value stream projects and tech transfers
- Drive and support the implementation of Operational Excellence Tools
- Lead, develop and motivate members of the manufacturing organization
- University degree preferably in Life Sciences. Engineering or Economics
- At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical / chemical or food&beverage manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in progressive operational leadership functions
- Transparent and empowering leadership style
- Pro-active attitude
