For our international partner, we are looking for a Product Manager to support the marketing and sales of surgical products. The Product Manager is responsible for supporting the domestic marketing and sales of the surgical product portfolio, identifying market opportunities, and providing professional support to the sales team to ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the local marketing strategy for the assigned surgical product portfolio
  • Contribute to the development of short-, mid-, and long-term sales plans
  • Provide full professional support to the sales team; organize and deliver product trainings
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities and risks
  • Monitor product portfolio performance; develop profitability and pricing recommendations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key market stakeholders and opinion leaders
  • Keep marketing materials and professional documentation up to date
  • Participate in professional events and congresses
  • Collaborate with global marketing and sales teams and internal support functions (supply chain, tender team, etc.)
  • Provide professional support to partners and internal colleagues regarding product use
     

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Experience in healthcare and marketing
  • Negotiation-level English
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Independent, precise, and structured way of working
  • Experience in a sales environment is an advantage
  • Experience with surgical products or public procurement processes is an advantage
