​​​​​We are looking for an experienced Pharma Marketing Expert to join the team of our USA-based, top 10 innovative big pharma partner. The future Brand Manager will play a key role in the strategic positioning and growth of a high-impact hematology portfolio, driving data-driven marketing initiatives and translating customer and patient insights into impactful brand strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives and global guidelines
  • Translate market, customer and patient insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Lead the design and implementation of multi-channel marketing activities
  • Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access and In-Field teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage brand performance, KPIs and promotional budgets to drive business results

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Life Sciences or Economics/ Marketing
  • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical  marketing 
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into effective marketing execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
