Due to expansion we are looking for talented Sourcing Recruiter to join our team in Budapest.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with recruitment experience and interest in the innovation driven Life Sciences industry to pursue an exciting and highly rewarding career.
Responsibilities:
- 180 degrees responsibility for candidate management including sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, screening & qualifying as well as participation in interviewing and process management.
- Develop a good understanding of the Life Science industry and become a trusted advisor to candidates in allocated functional areas.
- Conduct candidate interviews to build positive relationships by understanding their career goals and provide them career opportunities.
- Besides recruitment you will have the opportunity to participate in Executive Search and Talent Advisory projects as well.
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc degree
- Proven track record in recruitment / sales / consulting
- Fluent Hungarian and English
- Proactivity and result-oriented approach
- Customer focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in efficient and timely manner with multiple priorities at hand
