Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Medical Advisors, MSLs, and Clinical Scientific Managers, ensuring high performance and scientific excellence.

Act as the primary scientific expert for the assigned products and therapeutic area, maintaining up-to-date knowledge through literature review, internal trainings, and participation in scientific congresses and meetings.

Provide high-level scientific and medical support for assigned products, including responding to medical inquiries and contributing to the development and medical accuracy of key dossiers and scientific materials.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key external experts, academic centers, and professional societies; organize and participate in advisory boards, scientific discussions, and congress activities.

Deliver scientific presentations and medical education programs for healthcare professionals and support knowledge sharing within the affiliate.

Contribute medical insights to brand strategy and key commercial initiatives while monitoring the competitive landscape and relevant scientific developments.

Oversee and support clinical research activities, including non-interventional studies and clinical trials, in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.

Ensure medical review and compliance of promotional and non-promotional materials and guarantee adherence to all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
Requirements
-
Degree in Life Sciences (MD or Pharmacist preferred).
-
Fluency in Hungarian and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Proven experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to oncology/hematology.

Solid understanding of drug development, clinical research, and the pharmaceutical regulatory environment.

Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong stakeholder management and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with external experts.

Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to medical and cross-functional planning while ensuring compliance and scientific integrity.

Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.
