We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to join the team of our globally leading, innovation-driven pharmaceutical partner. The future Brand Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing brand strategy within the rheumatology therapeutic area, driving patient-centric marketing initiatives and supporting long-term brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand Team, In-Field, Medical, Market Access) to deliver integrated, patient-centric brand strategies
  • Translate customer, stakeholder and patient insights into target segmentation, positioning and actionable marketing plans
  • Lead the design and execution of innovative, multi-channel marketing activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives
  • Drive the development of Strategic Brand Plans, Tactical Plans and Long-Range Plans
  • Ensure alignment of brand messaging, in-field materials and activities with the overall Brand Story and strategy
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and support Brand Team activities and discussions
  • Monitor brand performance, market dynamics and identify opportunities to optimize marketing impact
 

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Life Sciences or Economics/ Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing
  • Experience in immunology and/or rheumatology is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare environment and market dynamics
  • Knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing, including digital channels
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
