We are seeking an experienced leader on behalf of our partner, a Top 10 global innovative pharmaceutical company. The role is a Sales Manager position focusing on Western Hungary (this territory covers 1/3 of the country), and leading a newly forming team. The ideal candidate has previous experience leading teams in the Rx segment and has worked with diabetologists, cardiologists, or nephrologists.

- Leading a team of medical representatives, with professional and direct managerial responsibility for the work of the assigned representatives.
- Responsibility for achieving and monitoring team goals.
- Regular dual visits, trainings, and consultations with the medical representatives.
- Preparing visitor coaching plans (based on the analysis of territory data) – on a quarterly basis.
- Preparing visitor plans (sales and bonus) – on a quarterly basis.
- Continuous monitoring of the medical representatives' work based on pre-defined goals and plans.
- Developing and summarizing Territory Action Plans and summarizing results.
- Cooperation with the representative in organizing and executing events/meetings within their territory.
- Responsible for training and monitoring the approval process of roundtable events and group presentations based on the currently effective internal processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in healthcare; Medical Doctor or Pharmacist degree preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (parts of the interview process will be conducted in English).
- Min. 4-5 years of experience as a medical representative.
- Min. 2 years of successful leadership experience.
- Experience working with HCPs in diabetology, cardiology, or nephrology is a must.
- Local market knowledge of Western Hungary is an advantage.
