Due to the expansion of our global pharmaceutical partner we are looking for a Black Utilities Engineer whowill play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of critical utility systems essential for production processes. Your expertise will be focused on managing and optimizing black utility systems, including water systems, steam systems, compressed air, HVAC, and other essential utilities.

​​​​​​​The following tasks await you:
  • Coordinate installation and qualification of Process Equipment and Black Utilities in line with FDA, EMA, and global quality standards
  • Manage engineering tasks for Black Utilities including design, evaluation, and testing
  • Collaborate with departments, subcontractors, and external partners to facilitate modifications and cooperation
  • Support sustainability efforts at thesite by improving energy usage and production efficiency
  • Provide technical support for Procurement activities including specification and compliance
  • Troubleshoot issues related to installations, ensuring efficiency and robustness
  • Supervise subcontractors' work and evaluate their performance
  • Monitor Black Utilities and process equipment installations
  • Oversee validation steps and approve documentation
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and GEP during documentation

  • Holds a​​​​​university or a college degree in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, faculty of Chemical or Food industry or relevant technological field
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in engineering – preferably design, construction​​​​​​​
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using AutoCAD
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Expertise in water systems, compressed air, steam systems, and process equipment
  • Understanding of basic construction principles and industrial equipment
