Our partner, one of Hungary’s fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies, is looking for a dynamic Financial Business Partner to oversee CAPEX projects within their controlling functions. This exciting role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of the financial team, providing direct support for both greenfield and brownfield investments — impacting not just local operations but also driving global initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for effective Capex planning and control, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Oversee the Capex budgeting process, including budget preparation and depreciation planning.
- Prepare Capex payback analysis and monthly reports, working with project managers for accuracy.
- Contribute financial insights to Capex committees to support decision-making.
- Track Capex KPIs, address budget variances, and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile investments with project manager reports for accuracy.
- Ensure Capex Purchase Orders follow company approval processes.
- Manage Capex asset transfers with proper documentation and accounting.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in Capex management and/or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Experience working in a multinational company, with an interest in potential international mobility within the company network.
- Full English proficiency, verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively within a team.
