In this role, you will provide high-end strategic analysis and intelligence to regional leaders and Business Unit stakeholders. Your mission is to bolster global commercial success by generating actionable insights, championing data-driven decision-making, and modernizing the financial reporting landscape. The position places a heavy emphasis on Gross-to-Net modeling, Sales & Marketing investment analysis, and multi-dimensional portfolio profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Business Understanding & Insight Generation: Develop a comprehensive understanding of financial drivers across various Business Units and geographies. Proactively identify critical analytical themes by monitoring trends, detecting anomalies, and uncovering potential risks or growth opportunities.

Advanced Financial Modeling & Profitability Analysis: Execute deep-dive assessments of Gross-to-Net structures and Sales & Marketing expenditures. Harmonize fragmented data from multiple sources to create a cohesive, business-relevant view of cross-regional profitability.

Executive Communication & Decision Support: Transform complex analytical findings into compelling narratives and high-impact presentations for the GCC leadership, Business Unit heads, and regional executive teams.

Digital Transformation & Process Optimization: Drive the evolution of the commercial reporting architecture, focusing on Revenue, GtN, and Margin analysis. Enhance and automate reporting ecosystems using advanced tools such as Anaplan and Power BI to minimize manual workload and increase accuracy.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong collaborative relationships across Group Finance, Business Intelligence, and Regional Controlling teams. Ensure that analytical outputs are consistent, aligned with global standards, and provide real value to the business.

Predictive Analysis: Identify early warning signals and business-critical issues through rigorous data interrogation, ensuring leadership is well-informed of shifting market dynamics.
Requirements

Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Advanced certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are highly regarded.

Experience: Between 8 and 12 years of professional experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Analytics, or Business Controlling within a large-scale multinational environment.

Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Gross-to-Net modeling, profitability assessment, and commercial spend analysis is essential.

Software Skills: Hands-on experience with Anaplan, Power BI, and modern enterprise reporting suites is a core requirement.

Competencies: Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to translate "big data" into strategic storytelling. You must be a proactive problem-solver who can navigate a complex matrix organization and influence senior stakeholders.
