Position Overview
The Corporate Quality Systems team plays a key role in operating and developing the global Quality Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interpret, apply, and further develop the company’s quality assurance standards

  • Collect and analyze data to measure and manage process performance

  • Prepare, recommend, and follow up on improvement initiatives

  • Develop new standards and procedures, as well as improve existing ones in collaboration with various departments (e.g., Production, QA, QC)

  • Design and maintain transparent workflows and systems

  • Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Implement and enhance GMP guidelines to strengthen the Quality Management System

  • Develop training materials and roll-out plans for global implementation

  • Participate in various projects and act as an expert during audits

  • Take ownership of global quality systems (e.g., Trackwise, myProcess, vLMS)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably across multiple quality areas (operations experience is an advantage)

  • Practical knowledge in analytical assurance, quality control activities, and data review

  • Educational background in chemistry or related sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering)

  • Strong cGMP and pharmaceutical knowledge; FDA/EMA experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
