Our regional pharmaceutical service provider client is in search of a HR Business Partner as a maternity cover. This role will be responsible for full-scale HR activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR background being interested to gain experience in the pharmaceutical sector. This assignment would start with a fixed term contract of 2 years, with the possibility to turn it into a permanent position due to the dynamic growth of the company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Lead recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, candidate development, and interview coordination.
  • Plan and organize employee development programs and training sessions.
  • Handle documentation and compliance requirements for external partners.
  • Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while maintaining the organization's HR system.
  • Oversee all administrative aspects of employee training programs, including both internal and external initiatives.
  • Review and validate activities related to outsourced payroll processing.
  • Manage the internal KPI system and oversee the administration of the cafeteria benefits program.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment and headhunting agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or Economy
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the field of HR (experience in pharma or medical sector is a plus)
  • Excellent English skills (oral and written)
  • Experience with at least one HR software and Excel
  • Very focused and precise approach to administrative tasks, great communication skills and cooperative attitude.
