Our client, a global player in the pharmaceutical industry, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join their quality team. This is a key role ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements, with a focus on both internal operations and supplier networks.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing the execution of the annual audit program for the company, including internal and supplier audits.
- Taking the lead in planning and conducting audits, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of related CAPA plans.
- Acting as the main liaison for the Global Operational Audit team.
- Supporting the full lifecycle of customer audits: from preparing teams and managing logistics to coordinating responses and follow-ups post-audit.
- Participating in and assisting during Health Authority inspections.
- Managing documentation and reporting related to audits.
- Contributing to the optimization of document lifecycle management by helping reduce overdue records.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a QA, compliance or audit-related function.
- Strong command of both English and Hungarian – written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, even under time pressure.
