On behalf of our innovative, multinational pharmaceutical partner, we are looking for a sales professional to join their oncology team as a Key Account Manager covering Western and Central Hungary. In this field-based role, the successful candidate will build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, drive sales performance, and support access to innovative lung cancer therapies. The position requires a strong patient-centric mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute brand strategy and sales activities within the oncology therapeutic area  to drive short- and long-term business performance.
  • Establish and strengthen long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across your region while continuously identifying customer needs and emerging opportunities. 
  • Provide ongoing feedback regarding marketing initiatives and adjust approaches based on customer insights and market response.
  • Ensure responsible and compliant management of assigned budgets and resources.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market risks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other Business Unit colleagues to ensure successful implementation of brand strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Life Sciences.
  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel, the new KAM will be responsible for West Hungary - central or Western location is required.
