This role serves as the main contact for the local consignment warehouse, supports product launches, assists the Finance Manager with key initiatives, and oversees the Hungarian Quality Management System.

Responsibilities:
Quality Management
- Maintain and oversee the Hungarian QMS in alignment with local and cluster-level requirements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable GxP standards and regulatory obligations
- Host and coordinate audits and inspections in Hungary and support these activities across the CEA cluster
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and promote a “beyond compliance” quality culture
- Act as the main contact for the external Responsible Person (GDP) and Deputy Complaint Manager
- Oversee local complaint handling and ensure appropriate documentation and escalation procedures
- Provide quality input for regulatory changes, training programs, and internal governance
- Ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of products to meet market demand
- Coordinate with 3PL partners and local consignment warehouses to manage distribution and inventory
- Monitor stock levels, product shelf life, and supply flows based on market trends and forecasts
- Handle invoice workflow, order processing, and product availability in line with commercial policies
- Ensure compliance of all logistics processes with GDP requirements and company procedures
- Participate in the S&OP process and collaborate closely with regulatory, commercial, and finance teams
- Support product launches and supply chain initiatives across departments
- Cooperate with finance on reporting, cost tracking, and credit management
- Support the Qualified Person in ensuring GDP compliance locally
- Contribute to the development of SOPs and other quality documents for HU and CEA cluster
- Prepare regular reports and metrics for local management
- Ensure audit readiness, manage CAPA processes, deviations, change controls, and document retention
- Actively participate in the regulatory intelligence process and escalate issues when needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- Industrial Engineering
- Business Administration / Economics
- Pharmacy (familiarity with pharma regulations is highly preferred)
- Preferred: 3+ years in Quality Management System (QMS) development within a regulated industry (Pharma or Medical Devices)
- Minimum: Proven experience in implementing and improving QMS
- Background in pharmaceutical supply chain management and cross-functional collaboration (e.g., sales, marketing)
- Experience managing SOPs (GxP, ISO) in a multinational environment
- Proficient in SAP
- Strong understanding of GxP requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with a continuous improvement focus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
