On behalf of our partner, a leading international provider of medical devices and integrated hospital solutions, we are looking for a Sales Representative to manage and develop customer relationships within a dedicated region in Hungary. The role focuses on anesthesia, patient monitoring, and hospital-wide medical solutions, supporting healthcare institutions with tailored, high-quality portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a comprehensive portfolio of medical devices, systems, and solutions for hospitals, including anesthesia and patient monitoring equipment
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare customers in the assigned sales area
- Actively develop customer partnerships through regular on-site visits, in line with defined company standards
- Drive sales of the full product portfolio, including complementary third-party equipment and solutions where relevant
- Identify customer needs and co-develop optimal technical and clinical solutions
- Prepare commercial offers and bids in line with internal approval, pricing, and signature policies
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in close alignment with the direct manager and overall sales objectives
- Participate in public tenders and bid processes, taking responsibility for preparation, coordination, and outcomes
- Represent the company at exhibitions, congresses, symposia, and professional courses
- Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities within the assigned region
- Achieve sales targets at company, departmental, and individual levels
Requirements:
- University degree in Technical Studies (Medical Engineering preferred)
- Experience in medical device sales, hospital solutions, or capital equipment sales is an advantage
- Advanced English language skills
- Strong IT literacy and familiarity with software applications (advantage)
- Valid driving license
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- Structured, solution-oriented, and efficient working style
- Ability to take ownership and make sound decisions
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Hungary
