- Providing a full-cycle support for customers throughout the whole patient-journey
- Ensuring patients are informed about the company's services and processes
- Cooperating with other functions such as sales, customer service and with physicians
- Actively monitoring hot sales leads and engaging pending clients (no hunter sales activity is required)
- Acting as the key contact point for customers, representing the company's values
- Health Care or Life Science Degree
- Experience working in a customer/client facing role
- Excellent communication skills and proactive mentality
- User-level computer skills
- Fluent Hungarian and English
