As a new PM, you will play a key role in shaping brand strategy and leading digital marketing activities within the Cardio Metabolic Area. You will drive strategic brand initiatives, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen market presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic brand plans aligned with global and local business objectives.
- Analyze market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand performance.
- Oversee product budget management, forecasting, and ROI evaluation.
- Manage and maintain digital marketing campaigns across CRM and web platforms.
- Drive impactful multi-channel marketing (MCM) initiatives and integrate them into sales tools.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM Asset Team, Marketing, Sales, and Medical functions.
- Ensure all marketing activities are executed in full compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
- University degree in science or business.
- Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical marketing or product management experience.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, and market analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into effective strategies.
- Fluent English and native Hungarian language proficiency.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
