As the organization continues to expand its impact across therapeutic areas, it is now looking for a Product Manager. As a new PM, you will play a key role in shaping brand strategy and leading digital marketing activities within the Cardio Metabolic Area. You will drive strategic brand initiatives, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen market presence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic brand plans aligned with global and local business objectives.
  • Analyze market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand performance.
  • Oversee product budget management, forecasting, and ROI evaluation.
  • Manage and maintain digital marketing campaigns across CRM and web platforms.
  • Drive impactful multi-channel marketing (MCM) initiatives and integrate them into sales tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the CRM Asset Team, Marketing, Sales, and Medical functions.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are executed in full compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.


Key Requirements:

  • University degree in science or business.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical marketing or product management experience.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, and market analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into effective strategies.
  • Fluent English and native Hungarian language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
