Our global pharmaceutical partner is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Hungarian operations as a Quality Manager / Responsible Person / Narcotic Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise in pharmaceutical distribution, compliance, leadership and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance department of the pharmaceutical wholesale unit and manage the group of Responsible Persons
  • Ensure the pharmaceutical wholesale unit complies with GDP and relevant regulations.
  • Be responsible for the existence, maintenance, and compliance of the local Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Handle quality complaints, deviations, changes, and CAPAs
  • Act as the primary contact for local authorities (NNGYK, ORFK, HUMVO).
  • Lead regulatory inspections and internal audits

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Pharmacy
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical wholesale
  • Knowledge of GDP and relevant European and Hungarian legislation
  • 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a GMP/GDP environment is an advantage
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
