Our global pharmaceutical partner is expanding and is looking for a new team member in the Quality Assurance area, for the company’s Responsible Person role. The future specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GDP guidelines, overseeing the release of incoming human and veterinary products, and ensuring proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing batch release of incoming products for distribution and keeping the related documentation up to date.
- Implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
- Performing regular self-inspections and ensuring necessary corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Supervising the activities of the Local Service Provider, including warehousing, transporting, and repackaging (validation, qualification, and calibration).
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in local and EU legislation and ensuring compliance with additional national product-specific requirements.
- Acting as a backup for the Quality and Compliance Manager regarding quality topics, including the management of technical product complaints.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy.
- Experience in Quality Management with at least 1 year in GDP as a Responsible Person.
- Native Hungarian, and strong English language
- Quality-driven mindset.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
