On behalf of our multinational pharmaceutical partner we are in search of an R&D Head to join their R&D organization and drive the company's global market leader product. This role will lead the Chemical and Analytical departments and it holds the responsibility to oversee processes from development to commercial production. The prospective leader will also participate as a decision-maker in ongoing development projects and manage the work of the two departments in routine tasks and along with the specific projects.
The following tasks await you:
- Lead 2 departments: Chemical & Analytical departments including resource planning and people management
- Define the priorities and strategic directions for the entire Development Department
- Ensure that routine tasks and projects are executed appropriately and that milestones are met.
- Developthe team based on their scientific, personal capabilities, and ambitions.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in global internal processes and cross-functional collaborations.
- Play a key role in the company's global R&D processes and ensurethat cutting-edge scientific solutions are implemented in their own area of expertise.

- Have et least 5 years of experience in managing teams in the field ofchemical/API development
