We are seeking Sales Representatives to support the growth and adoption of innovative Near Patient Care solutions within the diabetes segment.This role focuses on promoting innovative Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) solutions and building strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals across the assigned territory.
The position is field-based and involves regular travel within Budapest and surrounding counties.
Key Responsibilities
Territory & Account Management
- Manage and develop the assigned territory, ensuring strong market presence and effective customer coverage
- Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals
Sales & Market Development
- Promote CGM and Near Patient Care solutions, drive product adoption, and achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand access to diabetes care solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
Customer Engagement & Education
- Build long-term relationships with endocrinologists, diabetologists, diabetes nurses, and other stakeholders
- Provide product demonstrations, onboarding, and ongoing professional support
- Organize and facilitate customer meetings, trainings, and educational activities
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management, Customer Care, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in CRM systems
- Participate in conferences, professional events, and company-hosted initiatives
Compliance
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with ethical standards, compliance principles, internal SOPs, and local regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
- Experience in a Sales Representative or Key Account Manager role within pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or medical devices
- Experience in diabetes disease management or an established diabetes market network is an advantage
- Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel
- Strong customer orientation, consulting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High level of IT and digital literacy; confident use of CRM and digital tools
- Strong business acumen with end-to-end ownership and accountability
- Analytical mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions
- Ability to work independently while thriving in cross-functional, networked environments
- Agile, adaptable, and proactive approach with a growth mindset
- Strong ethical mindset and understanding of compliance requirements
- Fluency in the local language
- Professional proficiency in English.
