On behalf of our global pharmaceutical client, we are seeking a Security & Resilience Manager to join their dynamic SHE (Safety, Security, Health & Environment) function. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation of regional strategies for corporate security, emergency preparedness, crisis response, and anti-counterfeiting efforts. Working within a 24/7 global support model, you’ll serve as a key expert ensuring readiness for operational disruptions and strengthening organizational resilience across your region.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of regional risk prevention, readiness, and recovery strategies in alignment with global SHE standards.
- Analyzing diverse data sources to detect patterns, anticipate risks, and monitor emerging security and operational threats.
- Serve as a critical bridge between global teams and regional stakeholders to embed security, crisis management, continuity planning, and anti-counterfeiting measures into day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Lead timely and coordinated responses to regional incidents, ensuring business continuity and crisis management within a 24/7 global support framework.
- Produce comprehensive reports on regional threats, incidents, and mitigation measures for senior leadership and global SHE functions.
- Participate in after-action reviews to extract key learnings and propose enhancements to existing protocols and processes.
- Assist in the design and facilitation of training sessions aimed at strengthening local capabilities in security, emergency preparedness, continuity planning, and product protection.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field preferred; additional training in security, risk management, or emergency services is a strong plus
- 7+ years’ experience in global security, crisis management, or related areas (e.g. military, law enforcement, business continuity)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CPP, PSP, or regional equivalents) are highly valued
- Proven success in leading security and resilience initiatives within complex, multinational environments
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
- Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure; combines strategic mindset with hands-on execution
- Fluent in English; other language skills are an asset
