On behalf of our global healthcare partner, we’re seeking a Security & Resilience Specialist to support the implementation of regional security, emergency management, and business continuity strategies. As part of an international Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) team, you’ll operate in a 24/7 global model—monitoring risks, supporting incident response, and helping to protect people, assets, and operations. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in security operations and crisis response within complex, multinational environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert operational and technical support to regional teams and business units.
- Continuously evaluate and mitigate regional security risks by identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify incidents, emerging threats, and trends.
- Promote security awareness and preparedness through training and stakeholder collaboration.
- Support the use of digital tools to enhance communication, coordination, and case management.
- Prepare and deliver reports on security risks, incidents, and mitigation efforts to leadership.
- Participate in post-incident reviews to improve future response and resilience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced training in security or emergency services is advantageous.
- Strong project management, analytical, and crisis response skills with the ability to work independently.
- 4+ years’ experience in global security, enterprise resilience, or crisis management preferred.
- Proven experience delivering security, emergency management, business continuity, or product crime initiatives within large global organizations.
- Certified or familiar with professional designations such as CPP, PSP, or regional equivalents.
- Excellent team player with proven influencing and networking abilities in a complex, matrixed global environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
