Due to expansion we are seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join our team in Budapest.
The purpose of the role is to join and potentially lead our Engineering & Manufacturing vertical providing end-to-end recruitment solutions to Pharmaceutical and Medical Device production sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in 360 technical recruitment and interest in the innovation driven Life Sciences industry to pursue an exciting and highly rewarding career.
Our vision is to develop this role into a Technical Recruitment Lead in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- 360 degrees recruitment consulting with end-to-end responsibility for candidate and client management
- Develop a good understanding of the Life Science industry and clients’ requirements
- Participate in new business development and client acquisition in CEE and DACH regions
- Efficiently identify new business opportunities and initiate relationships with new clients over the phone and in person
- Follow-up on leads, pursue prospects by sharing Carbyne service offerings and value propositions
- Build efficient working relationships with clients and participate in client meetings
- Develop and present proposals to new and existing clients
- Attracting candidates and matching them to positions with client companies
- Participate in hiring, leading and mentoring of team members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in technical recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in recruiting for engineering and/or quality roles is desirable
- Excellent track record of sourcing and attracting candidates in a competitive market
- Consultative selling experience in B2B setting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Fluent German is desirable
- Proactivity and result-oriented approach
- Sales attitude with customer focused mindset
- Influencing skills - ability to build rapport over the phone and in person
- Strong business awareness
