On behalf of our global pharmaceutical partner we are seeking a driven Sustainability Project Manager to lead initiatives at the site, aligning with company objectives to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. The role involves strategizing and implementing renewable energy solutions to minimize carbon footprint, alongside managing carbon emission reduction plans and driving efforts towards achieving net-zero carbon emissions.

As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Apply project management standards, systems, and tools
  • Take charge of project management duties, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Lead the execution of Net Zero Action Plans and optimize energy usage to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
  • Provide technical direction to the local project team across various projects, including construction works
  • Gather and analyze sustainability-related data and liaise with stakeholders
  • Organize and chair project meetings, communicating project status to Site Leadership Team and Global Stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery, reviewing and approving financial reports and invoices
  • Maintain compliance with company Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations during project execution
Accountability:
  • Identify new opportunities with global team support and contracted partners
  • Support tendering processes and ensure compliance with Quality and cGMP requirements
  • Conduct energy trend analysis and investigate technical issues during project activities
  • Ensure compliance with EHS directives, procedures, and standards

  • Bachelor's degree in a sustainability/environment-related discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and proficiency in risk mitigation
  • Ability to assess cost-effectiveness and identify innovative solutions
