Our client, a prominent player in the international animal health sector, is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Territory Manager to strengthen their Ruminant Business Unit. This strategic role focuses on expanding and nurturing relationships with dairy farms and ruminant clients across Western Hungary.

This is a full-time, field-oriented opportunity — ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in livestock and a passion for improving animal health and agricultural outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with dairy producers and ruminant customers in Western Hungary (including counties such as Győr-Moson-Sopron, Komárom-Esztergom, Fejér, Veszprém, Vas, Zala, Baranya, Tolna, and Pest)
  • Achieve revenue goals by implementing tailored sales strategies and delivering value-driven solutions
  • Identify potential clients and untapped market segments to drive business growth
  • Serve as a key liaison between field partners (veterinarians, herd managers) and internal departments like R&D, sales operations, and logistics
  • Troubleshoot service-related issues and coordinate timely, effective resolutions
  • Initiate and lead joint meetings with customers to uncover both immediate and long-term needs
  • Report insights and outcomes regularly to the Ruminant Business Unit Manager

Requirements:

  • University degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a closely related discipline
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in livestock or ruminant farm management
  • Solid and current understanding of the daily operations and business challenges of dairy farms
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with a flexible, field-based schedule
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using social media for professional communication
  • Conversational English skills required (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively
  • Solutions-focused attitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
