On behalf of our multinational pharmaceutical partner we are in search of an R&D Unit Director to join their R&D organization and drive the company's global market leader product. This role will lead the Chemical and Analytical departments and it holds the responsibility to oversee processes from development to commercial production. The prospective leader will also participate as a decision-maker in ongoing development projects and manage the work of the two departments in routine tasks and along with the specific projects.
